A healthy body leads to a healthy mind. Maintaining a level of physical fitness and a balance between curriculum and co-curricular activities proves to be hugely beneficial to physical and mental health. The Co-curricular activities include Yoga, Music, dance and recitation, Experiments, Activities, Projects and smart classes. Co-curricular activities generally take place outside the classroom, yet complement the academic curriculum. They are important for several reasons. They can enhance a student’s academic development and build several important life skills in areas such as leadership, organization, confidence and socialization.
